What to Expect During a Reiki with Crystals Session

Laura provides a safe, quiet, and comfortable space for you to relax as you enjoy your Reiki with crystals session.

While you are laying fully clothed on a massage table, Laura will first scan your energy body, or aura, to feel for blockages or stuck energy points. Using specific crystals she will gently open any areas that need expansion. People report feeling coolness, heat, tingling, and pressure releasing when these areas of blocked energy are released or opened.

Next she will place specific crystals (anywhere from 25 to 50 individual crystals) along your chakra points and around your body on the table and floor. These crystals will rest on your body from 20 minutes to one hour. While you lay on the massage table absorbing the vibrations of each crystal, Laura will be working with crystals in her hands to help direct the flow of Reiki energy into and out of your body.

The session will be finished when your energy field is balanced and vibrating at a consistent rate throughout your entire energy body.

Certification
Laura is a fully certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher and is a member of the International Center for Reiki Training, where her certification is on file.
