What to Expect During a Reiki Session
Office Session ~ 1 hour, $75
*by appointment only

Please wear or bring a pair of clean cotton socks to put on right before the session begins.

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning "universal life force energy."

Laura provides a safe, comfortable, private space for you to enjoy a Reiki energy session. Lying on a massage table, and fully clothed, you will relax by listening to soft meditation music as Laura scans your energy body by using a light touch of her hands. If you prefer, the session can be completed without touch but by working with the body's auric field.

During each session, as she scans your body from head to toes, front and back, you may experience light tingling, buzzing, heat, or coolness in different parts of the body. All of this is natural and is a sign that your energy body is realigning and purifying itself. Working with your chakra system Laura will pull out old energy and infuse fresh Reiki energy as needed.

After your session, be sure to drink lots of water to help flush out any toxins that may have been released as a result of the energy stimulation.

Certification
Laura is a fully certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher and is a member of the International Center for Reiki Training, where her certification is on file.
