Divine Lotus Healing is located inside the Cambridge Health Associates, on the third floor of the Victorian walk-up, adjacent to the Insight Meditation Center. There is parking on Broadway & limited free parking in our parking lot (rear of building). There are bicycle racks located just outside the builidng on the sidewalk.
Laura's Responsibility as Your Practitioner
Laura will return all phone calls and emails as soon as possible.
Clients are fully clothed at all times & properly covered with draping if desired for all sessions.
Laura adheres to all ethical guidelines set forth by the International Center for Reiki Training & provides official ICRT manuals for Reiki classes.
If Laura needs to cancel an appointment, she will do so with at least 24 hour notice, if at all possible. If an emergency arises & she cannot give 24 hour notice, she will apply a 50% discount to your rescheduled session, provided the rescheduled session is completed within 30 days of the original appointment.
Laura keeps accurate records of all sessions & maintains client confidentiality at all times.
Your Responsibility as Laura's Client
Please arrive on time for your session/class. Laura is not always able to extend the time of your session or accept late arrivals to a class.
First time clients & class participants please print & complete the Policies & Client Info Form (under Policies & Contact tab on website) & bring it to your first session or class.
A deposit is required for Reiki & Magnified Healing classes. This will ensure a space for you in the class. You can make your deposit via PayPal on each class page of the website.
Payment in full is due at the time of your session/class. All major credit/debit cards are accepted in the office. You may also pre-pay via PayPal on each session/class page of the website. Failure to do so will result in a $25 late fee being added to your bill.
Sessions Cancellation Policy
Cancellations create a significant impact on Laura's business due to its intimate size. If a cancellation is necessary, 24 hour prior notice is required. Payment in full is required for any missed appointments without this cancellation notification. You will be billed for your missed appointment.
Classes Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is necessary, 24 hour prior notice is requested. Deposit registration is non-refundable. Paid in full registration is refundable minus a deposit fee.
How PayPal Works
Laura accepts PayPal payments here on her website for all sessions & classes. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay by credit or debit card through PayPal. After you click the BUY NOW button, choose the option that states 'Pay with Bill Me Later®, Debit or Credit Card'. This will enable you to pay WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
